Dictation

Speak, and the text appears in the field

Tap the microphone and speak. By default, Apple’s speech engine runs on the iPhone. You can also download a model that runs on the iPhone too.

Correct and translate

One tap, without leaving the conversation

The Correct button fixes the text in the field. With Apple Intelligence, Apple’s model corrects grammar, spelling and punctuation on the iPhone. While you type, autocorrect accounts for neighboring keys, and one tap on the original word undoes it.

Rebuild it key by key

Create your own layouts from AZERTY or QWERTY. For each key: width, what it types (a letter, a word, a sentence), label, color, long press, and six gestures: tap, hold, and swipe up, down, left or right.

Levels and friends

What you earn by writing

With Pro, Max or the trial, writing earns XP. Up to level 100, each level unlocks a shape, a color, a light, a trail, a sound or a haptic.

Share your link: a friend counts after 3 days of use. With Pro, 5 friends unlock Liquid Glass, which is never sold, and 10 unlock a color per key.

The Prompt button

Sixteen actions on your text, in four groups (Rewrite, Understand, Reply, Write): Fix, Improve, Shorten, Expand, Professional, Friendly, Emojis, List, Email, Summarize, Explain, Translate, Reply, Reply to a screenshot, Draft, Continue. Refine the result before inserting it (Shorter, Longer, More pro, Warmer, Another), write your own prompts and choose the order of the buttons. Reply to a screenshot needs a connected AI.

Everything runs on Apple’s on-device model, or on your own AI (OpenAI, Anthropic, Google or a compatible API) with your key, kept in the iOS Keychain.

Privacy

No server of mine, no account, no ads, no tracking. Dictation, correction and translation run on the iPhone by default.

The network is used to download models, for your private iCloud (settings), for the public board if you post a feature request, for an AI you connect yourself, and for purchases. Dictation, the clipboard and sounds need Full Access.
